Laughter is the best medicine. It’s a cliché because it’s true! Do you remember the last time you had a good laugh with a friend? The last time you participated in a carefree, fun activity? After childhood, opportunities for fun and laughter don’t come organically. You have to pursue it for yourself to help you live a happier, stress-free life.
