FEES

Our fees are set in accordance with the Psychologists Association of Alberta. Our sessions are billed at $220 per 60-minute session. Sessions are payable through credit card, debit card, or cash.

We also offer the convenience of direct billing to insurance companies for eligible clients. Sessions provided by our therapists may be covered by your insurance provider either partially or in full. If you have any questions or are looking to see if your sessions are covered, please contact your insurance company for more information. We also provide receipts to ensure that clients are able to submit them to other insurance providers manually for reimbursement if we are not able to direct bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable alternative. Cancellations with less than 48 hour’s notice will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
