Polina is committed to supporting her clients to reach their goals, she believes in acting from a place of love and dignity, and in practicing values that contribute to a better world. When life takes a turn for the worse, it can be hard to find hope and meaning. Feeling lonely, isolated, or unsupported can make it seem impossible to ever find relief. This is where therapy can be an invaluable tool. It can be the start of a journey, when you are no longer content with staying in a place of pain and despair. It can be a step into the unknown, when you don't know where to go, but you are willing to do something different.

Polina works with individuals, couples, and families to help them cope with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, occupational concerns, parenting differences, lack of intimacy, connection, and communication challenges. She also works with immigrants to assist them in adapting to their new environment, coping with isolation, and grieving the loss of a support system. Polina firmly believes in the power of love and dignity to help her clients find meaning and joy in their lives.

Polina works with individuals who are facing relationship problems, feeling depressed, anxious, or lonely; having work or occupational issues; or feeling low self-esteem. She helps her clients to become more in tune with themselves, to become better connected to others, and to find purpose in their lives.

Additionally, Polina works with couples who may be having difficulty with stress, conflict management, infidelity, relationship insecurity, parenting disagreements, intimacy issues, disconnection, and communication struggles. She believes that couples therapy can help partners to reconnect with the positive aspects that drew them together in the first place and to gain a better understanding of each other.

Polina also works with children aged eight and up who are struggling with school, having difficulty with peers, teachers, and parents, and experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, or difficulty regulating their emotions. She is experienced in aiding parents and creating strategies for long-term success both in and out of the classroom. Additionally, Polina assists families in understanding their patterns of interaction, learning how to communicate, and resolving conflicts.
