In this course, I go over the strategies that I've been teaching to my anxious clients for years. These strategies are proven to work and they can help you too.

Module 1: Master Your Understanding of Anxiety and Future Planning. In this module, I help you to understand the brain science that underlies anxiety and how to use this knowledge to begin the process of change.

Module 2: Master Relaxation. In this module, I teach you practical skills that you can use to regulate your nervous system and achieve a lasting sense of relaxation in your body and mind.

Module 3: Master Thoughts. In this module, I teach you to recognize unhealthy thought patterns and learn how to shift your thinking to achieve lasting anxiety reduction.

Module 4: Master Emotions. In this module, I teach you how to feel your emotions in a healthy way and a number of strategies to soothe strong emotions and enhance your ability to cope.

Module 5: Master Behavior. In this module, I teach you a new way to achieve all that you want in your life. I go over how to be intentional with your behaviour, how to schedule and plan, the downside of avoidance and what to do instead and foundational behaviours that both prevent and reduce anxiety. I also teach you about healthy communication and assertiveness.

Module 6: Master Relationships. In this module, I teach you about healthy relationships using attachment theory and go over how to set boundaries, deal with urges to control and reduce people pleasing. We also explore the notion of unconditional love.
